OK-5L(Open Type Kneader)

We have developed open type kneading extruder with capacity up to 2500L . The machine is equipped with single screw for direct discharging. The blades can be heavy-duty type blade design (Ex. Kneader Blade) or Σ type blade design in order to fulfil the requirement of material blinding. The media used for heating or cooling could be water, steam, electric heating element, heating media oil, etc. It is sub-divided sections for automatic thermostatic control to have effects on stable quality and increase products.

One selection from two type of Stirring shaft with heavy-duty type blade design (Ex.Kneader Blade) or Σ type blade design (as show on above figure).

Automatic lubricator indicates the level of lubricant clearly. It fits the maintenance specification requirement of ISO.

Gearbox cooling system
The lubrication oil of the gearbox goes through the cooling system by individual piping, passing the filter and delivery to the bearings to provide efficiency lubrication result. The filter is designed for easy exchange. The system keeps the whole gearbox working in low temperature condition, which could prolong lifetime of the gearbox and bearings, reducing the cost of maintenance and good for environment.
