Different from the gantry types, three-dimensional measuring instrument only need to touch the detector lightly to the target object, you can view the measurement results from your computer, achieve high-precision three-dimensional measurement. Integrated design, ranging from palm-sized to large-scale processed products, is not affected by temperature, vibration and other environments, with high precision in all situations.
Heating tests are conducted using temperature control units (TCUs) to simulate the customer’s actual production conditions, ensuring the stability and reliability of the machine during operation at the customer’s site. According to the heating medium used, TCUs can be classified into three types: water type, oil type, and steam type, each providing the most suitable temperature control solution for different process requirements.
Water-type TCUs use water as the heating medium, with a maximum operating temperature of approximately 100°C. When the required temperature exceeds 100°C, steam-type TCUs can be utilized to achieve higher temperatures and faster heating performance. Oil-type TCUs use thermal oil as the heating medium, offering a temperature range of approximately 200–300°C, making them suitable for high-temperature processing applications.
