Hydraulic Ram Press Packing Machine

Main design is for press-packing finished production from the Planetary Mixer.

• Mixing tank fix on fixing seat, the tank can lift up to setting position and then start the press-packing operation.
  
• Pressing job can be done by auto or manual mode. When pressing plate press the raw materials down to the tank bottom and let raw materials in tank out from tank completely, then the supporting shaft will touch the sensor and make pressing plate stop automatically.
  
• Main hydraulic pressure for pressing plate can be adjusted according with product's viscosity.
  
• It can be adjusted according with press-packing speed.
  
• It is easily for materials changed and cleaned.
